Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Equipment

Securely pack the bicycle or accessories in the original shipping crate or box, ensuring all components and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Package

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger bike frames.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
